You can EDIT/ CHANGE* your ticket to another date, by going into your TicketSpice ticket account & clicking on the EDIT button. Tickets MUST be edited/changed by 11:59pm PRIOR to the date you were originally planning to attend, and a $6.99 change fee* will apply to all tickets.

Edaville's Winter Wonderland is a "Rain or Shine" event. IF for any reason it does not open, due to weather or otherwise, your ticket value will be deposited back into your TicketSpice account, or a refund will be issued. An email containing that information will follow.

If Edaville's Winter Wonderland decides it cannot open, ticket transfer fees will be waived.
